The Highlife Group attended the Monaco yacht show in late September to host some events for clients. Cakewalk was the centrepiece of the show an 85 metre superyacht which took 3 years to build and is one of the finest examples of a superyacht in the World today.

The owner of this yacht has left no stone unturned in created a truly luxurious yacht. The highlife team were fortunate to be invited aboard for a champagne reception and a tour, our thanks to Amy at Burgess Yachts for arranging this.

The Monaco Yacht Show is one of the few shows Worldwide to cater only for Super yachts all being in excess of 30 metres in length. It is the venue to showcase these yachts for sale and charter and these yachts have travelled from far and wide to attend this once a year prestigious event.

The weather was very kind for the event with pleasant warm late summer sunshine in the small principality that is Monaco.

Along with the collection of some 100 Superyachts there was the obligatory Monaco set in attendance and an abundance of supercars to boot.

Flavio Balatoaire hosted an evening at his nightclub Twiga with the Highlife and Burgess staff in attendance.

A great trip with some fantastic contacts made and already planning for the return next year.
